Shipping and Handling Our shipping and handling fees reflect the costs involved in processing, packing, and delivering your items with care. We encourage you to review our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

All gemstone and diamond specifications comply with globally accepted industry tolerances. In compliance with industry standards, carat weights in all purchases may vary by 0.05 carats from the stated weight. For gemstone and pearl measurements, a tolerance of 0.25mm is acceptable. For diamond jewelry with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight. Color and clarity grades are presented as minimum or average values, depending on the number of diamonds included in the piece.

By entering your payment details and placing your order, you:

  • Authorize Enchanted Jewels and its authorized third-party payment processors to debit the full purchase amount from your selected payment method.
  • Confirm that you are legally authorized to use the chosen payment method.
  • Consent to identity verification procedures or fraud prevention checks if required to complete the transaction securely.

We accept: Debit, Mastercard, Visa, American Express. All transactions are secure, encrypted, and processed in Candian Dollar or US Dollar.

We ship globally and offer international checkout with transparent pricing. Where applicable:

  • Please note that all countries will charge import duties/taxes on goods made and purchased abroad, (i.e. outside of Canada).
  • The total tariff will be based on the declared value of your purchase which we are required to include with your shipping documents.
  • The tax rate imposed on packages varies from country to country and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to gather this information and budget accordingly.
  • Outstanding duties will be brokered and charged via Fed-Ex/DHL when your package arrives at customs in your country.
  • The duties must be paid in full before your shipment is allowed to clear customs for delivery to its final destination.
  • Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import laws.
  • Estimated delivery timelines and shipping rates will be shown before finalizing the order.

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization. In case of payment failure or technical issues, your order will not be processed, and you may be prompted to retry. Our customer support team is available to assist with any payment-related concerns.
