We want you to love your Enchanted Jewels piece — forever. If it’s not perfect, we make it right — transparently and with care.

1. Ready to Ship Jewellery (Non-Customized)

  • 7-day return window from delivery date
  • Eligible if:
    • Unworn, unaltered, in original condition
    • Sized and Engraved item are not refundable
    • Returned with original packaging, invoice, certificate & tags
  • Refund:
    • Shipping non-refundable
    • Processed within 10 business days after Quality Check (QC)
    • Credited to original payment method
  • Deductions:
    • USD 300 $ or USD 150 $ per carat (whichever is higher) if invoice/certificate is missing
    • Gift/discount value deducted unless returned

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Final sale — non-returnable, non-exchangeable.

Includes:
  • Engraved items
  • Special-order diamonds/gemstones
  • Bespoke designs

3. Return Eligibility & Shipping

Domestic (Canada)
  • Free return pickup via our logistics partner
  • Courier cost reimbursed only if QC passes
  • Customer covers return shipping if QC fails
International
  • No returns/exchanges except:
    • Damaged/defective reported within 24 hours with photos
    • Missing documents: USD 300 $ or USD 150 $ per carat deduction

4. Return Procedure

  2. Select item → Follow prompts
  3. Receive email confirmation
  4. Use provided return packaging kit
  5. Pack in original box inside tamper-proof packet
  6. Record packing video → Send via:

5. Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellation after dispatch or design confirmation
  • Custom/engraved items: Non-cancellable
