- Alterations or repairs by third-party jewellers (voids warranty)
- Resizing, cleaning, or polishing (available as separate services)

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

- Photos of the concern
- Proof of purchase
- Ship the piece to us (shipping cost covered by you)
- We inspect and respond promptly — repair timelines vary by complexity
If approved, we refund your shipping and return the piece at no cost.

For full peace of mind, we strongly recommend insuring your jewellery against loss, theft, or accidental damage. Consult your home or specialty insurer — we do not provide insurance but encourage protection for your cherished piece.
